ITSM · Platform Migration
Move your service desk without losing what matters
Ticket history, asset data, change records, the workflows your team relies on. We move ANZ mid-market IT teams onto the right platform with everything intact and nothing standing still.
Sound like where you are?
Your users shouldn’t have to know a migration happened.
The renewal quote just landed.
Your current platform’s pricing has outgrown what a mid-market team should pay, and the contract clock is ticking.
The legacy tool is on borrowed time.
Support is winding down, the roadmap has gone quiet, and every year on it makes leaving harder.
You’ve outgrown the spreadsheet era.
Shared inboxes and trackers got you here. They won’t get you through the next audit, or the next growth phase.
Wherever you’re coming from:
What you walk away with
A migration map, agreed before anything moves.
What’s coming across, what’s being left behind, and why. In writing.
Your history, intact.
Tickets, assets, change records and the audit trail, so the next audit and the next “when did this change?” question have answers.
Workflows rebuilt, not just transferred.
The move is the moment to fix routing, approvals and automation, not to copy old problems onto a new platform.
A team that’s already using it.
Cutover includes your people, not just your data. Day one on the new platform is a working day, not a training day.
How the migration runs
Map what must move
Tickets, assets, changes, integrations, the workflows underneath them. We separate what matters from what’s just accumulated.
Prepare and clean the data
Years of service data carries years of clutter. It gets cleaned before it moves, so the new platform starts accurate.
Rebuild the critical workflows
Routing, approvals, SLAs and automation configured around how your team actually works, not lifted from the old tool’s defaults.
Migrate and validate
Data moves in stages, checked against the source at every step. Nothing is trusted until it’s verified.
Cut over without disruption
Staged go-live, scheduled around your operation. Hypercare until the numbers say your team doesn’t need it.

Questions we get asked
How long does a migration take?
It depends on data volume and workflow complexity, but mid-market migrations typically run in weeks, not months. National Pharmacies went from kickoff to launch in six weeks across 65+ locations. Your diagnostic call will give you a realistic read for your setup.
Will we lose ticket history or asset data?
The migration map agreed upfront defines exactly what moves, and staged validation checks it against the source before cutover. What’s agreed to move, moves, verified.
Can you migrate from ServiceNow, ManageEngine or Jira Service Management?
Yes. Legacy and enterprise platforms are where most of our migrations start, and so do shared inboxes and spreadsheets.
Which platform do you migrate us to?
The one the diagnostic supports. We’re a Freshworks Premium Partner and Freshservice is often the right mid-market fit, but the destination is a recommendation we put in writing with reasons, not a foregone conclusion. If your shortlist points elsewhere, we’ll tell you.
Does the service desk stop during cutover?
No. Cutover is staged and scheduled around your operation, and the old platform stays readable until you decide otherwise. The goal is that requesters notice the improvement, not the migration.
Map the move before you commit to it
Thirty minutes with a senior consultant. You’ll leave knowing what the migration actually involves for your setup, whether you work with us or not.
30 minutes. No pitch. No commitment.
